1. Who can buy from DICIBEL (D&B MODE)?

DICIBEL is exclusively dedicated to professionals (B2B). Private individuals do not have access to prices or ordering. A verified business account is required.

2. How do I create a business account?

To create your account:

• Click on “Create an account”.
• Enter: email, company name, VAT number and/or SIRET, phone number.
• After verification, your account will be activated within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. We operate in wholesale and semi-wholesale. Minimum quantities may vary depending on product categories and collections. Contact us for details related to your selection.

4. What product categories do you offer?

We specialize in women’s ready-to-wear, including:

• Women's Dresses, Set / Ensemble, Abaya, Vest / Cardigan
• Dress, Tunic, Trousers, Pull / Sweater
• Women's Coats, Jackets & Vests

Collections are updated regularly to match fashion trends and retail demand.

5. What are the preparation and delivery times?

Orders in stock are prepared promptly. Shipping is handled by GLS and our partner carriers, or via showroom pickup in Aubervilliers. A tracking number is provided once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

For OEM/ODM (custom production) orders, a deposit is required as stated in the quotation.

7. Do you offer customization (OEM/ODM)?

Yes. We handle custom projects: fabric/color selection, prototyping, MOQ definition, production scheduling, quality control, and delivery. A detailed quotation is provided before starting production.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the carrier’s link. For showroom pickups, you will be notified as soon as your order is ready.

9. Do you offer promotions or discounts?

“New arrivals” and “Sale” promotions may be offered depending on stock and quantities. Subscribe to our communications to stay informed of special offers.
