These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) govern all sales made by D&B MODE (DICIBEL) to its professional (B2B) customers. Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC. DICIBEL reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date the order is recorded.
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of wholesale and semi-wholesale sales of women’s ready-to-wear and related items by DICIBEL (D&B MODE).
Access to prices and ordering is limited to professionals holding a valid VAT intra-community number and/or SIRET number. Private individuals are not authorized to order.
Description: The products offered include, but are not limited to: dresses, sets, abayas, coats, vests, trousers, sweaters, etc. Photographs and product information are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations may occur without liability for DICIBEL.
Availability: Offers are valid while stocks last. In case of post-order unavailability, the customer will be informed to arrange a replacement or credit.
Prices are expressed in euros excluding VAT. Applicable VAT and delivery charges are added during checkout. DICIBEL may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is recorded. Any discounts or promotional operations are specified on the site or through direct communication.
Professional account: Account creation is mandatory (email, company name, VAT and/or SIRET, telephone). Activation occurs after verification by DICIBEL.
Confirmation: The order becomes final after confirmation by DICIBEL and receipt of payment under agreed terms.
Modification / Cancellation: Any modification or cancellation request must be made before dispatch. DICIBEL reserves the right to refuse a request already in the logistics process.
Accepted methods:
Terms: Full payment is required before shipment. For OEM/ODM (custom production) projects, a deposit is required per quotation, the balance due as per the agreed schedule.
Late payment: Late payment penalties and a flat-rate collection fee may apply under the French Commercial Code L.441-10 and following.
Modalities: Shipment via GLS and/or partner carriers, or showroom pickup (Aubervilliers). Times are indicative and depend on stock and carrier.
Transfer of risk: In B2B, risk transfers upon handover to the carrier or when the client picks up goods.
Receipt: The client must check parcels upon arrival and make any reservations with the carrier. DICIBEL must be notified as soon as possible for assistance.

Any return must be pre-approved by DICIBEL. Items must be returned in original condition, complete, and unworn. Return logistics and costs are communicated on a case-by-case basis.
DICIBEL retains ownership of goods until full payment (principal and accessories). The transfer of risk occurs according to Article 7.
DICIBEL cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or business losses. Its liability is excluded in cases of force majeure (unpredictable, irresistible events: strikes, weather, logistical crises, disasters, etc.).
Photos, texts, drawings, logos and all site content remain the property of their respective holders and are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

These GTC are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable solution, the courts of Bobigny shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
